Natural remedies for your dry eyes

If you get dry eyes, you probably know how difficult and painful the condition can be. When you do not produce enough tears to lubricate your eyes properly or if the tears are in poor condition and evaporate quickly, you may experience irritation, inflammation and blurred vision.

Factors in your environment (such as the humidity of your home or the location of your computer monitor) or the underlying medical conditions can cause dryness, scratches and scars.

1) Vitamin D.
